據(jù)《今日印度》9月5日晚上消息，中國國防部長梁光烈率軍方高層出訪印度期間，搭乘了印度空軍的飛機(jī)從孟買來到新德里。
據(jù)悉，駕駛飛機(jī)的兩名飛行員收到了梁光烈將軍的兩份出乎意料的禮物。
接著，空軍上尉將此事上報(bào)給印度空軍總部，然后決定將這兩份“不尋�！钡亩Y物送往政府存儲部門。他們稱，由于其敏感性，此禮物不能返還給梁光烈將軍。
印度空軍官員表示，當(dāng)印度高官搭乘飛機(jī)去往國外時，他們會向機(jī)組人員贈予禮物以示感謝。

Service rules do not allow the pilots to keep such over-indulgent tips. it is also possible that it was an attempt to see if the pilots are vulnerable. They did the right thing in informing their seniors and depositing the amount in the govt. treasury. In dealings involved with foreigners, it is wise to be prudent.

I am surprised at the ignorance and biased comments in this context. This is usual chinese customary gesture followed by the Honourable Defence Minister of China. Let us all try to understand and respect each other if we want to build a strong relationship with China which is in our own national interests. I have been dealing with Chinese for last 40 years. They are great people. No wonder the West prefers them to us. As a nation we need to do lot of soul searching and learning. False pride and arrogance will not lead us anywhere in today's competitive world. Our 900 million below poverty line people need handholding from international community of nations.
